The idea of installing feeders and receivers is to increase the efficiency of the machines by ensuring the continuity of feeding/receiving in an automatic manner and reducing the number of operators needed to ensure this efficiency. Automatic loading consists of entry roller conveyors, gantry feeder, roller conveyors and/or roller-belt conveyors.

3. GATE FEEDER with two stations
The loading device is a portal structure with one beam with high rigidity. The machine is made of steel profiles with a cross-section of up to 200×400 and a thickness of 10 mm, numerically processed by CNC machines to maintain the highest precision. Horizontal (X axis) and vertical (Z axis) movement of the vacuum unit is achieved using BOSCH-REXROTH servo drives. The aluminum trolley with a set of vacuum grippers moves on REXROTH linear guides, and the movement is carried out by means of diagonal toothed bars.

Lifting system with suction cups:

System for disconnecting plates from suction cups
Suction cups of greater length are placed on the beams, which, when the elements pass through, lift the slab, tilting it in relation to those underneath, eliminating the sticking of the slabs
Ejector vacuum pump
The pump is mounted on moving elements, close to the suction nozzles, to ensure maximum quick reaction of sucking and releasing the element. The principle of operation is to connect compressed air to the pump, which, thanks to special solutions, creates a vacuum of up to 93 kPa.
